All of our products are Vegan and Cruelty free. ~ with the exception of products containing Honey (listed in bold) Honey is sourced ethnically from my own beehives on my family Croft in the Scottish highlands.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Why does my product look or smell different to my previous one?

All of our products are made with raw, natural ingredients. Depending on various factors including the season the ingredient was harvested in, the colour and scent of our products can vary. Differences between batches can occur, but this does not affect the quality of your product. Your products may also look different to how it is depicted on across your screens. 

I'm pregnant, can I use your products?

Essential oils and herbs are potent and should be approached with caution if you are pregnant or nursing. Always check with your healthcare provider before consuming any herbal product, or using any skincare that contains essential oils. Please always read our "Who Is This For?" section on the product page before buying one of our products. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products are made fresh and designed to be used! Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) and some also include a Best Before Date, which may be on the label or with the accompanying information card. To keep your product fresher for longer, always store in a cool, dark, dry place, do not let water get into the product, and use the product with clean hands.
