It is our heartfelt mission to reconnect individuals to the deep wisdom of the Earth. With the awareness that we are intertwined in a ancient + symbiotic relationship with nature. To begin healing the earth, we must tend to our bodies as living parts of a wide ecosystem, our wellbeing is deeply woven within the health of our planet.

We create consciously slow crafted offerings with intention, ritual and reverence for plant medicine. Rooted in our connection with earth + ancient ways. Our offerings inspire natural healing and reconnection to Earth’s medicine.

Inspired by Ancient Wisdom, The Celtic Wheel of the year and seasonal herbs from the highlands of Scotland.
Sacred Roots medicines are wildcrafted using seasonally foraged & wild ingredients. Made by hand in small batches, in the Scottish highlands, where Freya has a deep connection and ancestral roots to the land.
Slow crafted in a way our ancestors would recognise. With intention, prayer and presence I forage for herbal medicines in a sacred way. Practicing reciprocity with the Earth. Beginning the journey with prayer to the land. The highlands of Alba, Scotland.
Each creation is inspired by native plants, folk herbalism and ancient wisdom. Offered humbly to all beings in hopes that they will bring us closer to ourselves and to the Earth. Each creation holds the prayer of Remembering the ancient wisdom of Nature, to reconnect, re wild and return to our Sacred Roots.
In my offerings you can find herbal remedies, natural skincare, handmade candles and ritual earth reconnection items. These offerings are crafted by hand off grid in the highlands, harvesting in tune with the Celtic Wheel of the year and lunar phases. Each offering containing blessings from sacred springs and wells in my valley.
