Autumn Equinox Day Pilgrimage In Scotland.
We will meet and journey together into Scotland’s longest and lovliest Glen.
Glen Lyon, Gleann Lìomhann its Gaelic name meaning ‘Valley of Lugh’ the Sun God in Celtic Mythology.
One of the richest archaeological areas of Scotland, the Glen has some of the highest density of Megalithic and Bronze Age sites in the whole of Scotland. The Glen holds sites aligned with the Autumn Equinox ~ and so we will journey there together in a embodied rite of passage with the seasonal turning.

Our Pilgrimage will begin at Europe’s oldest Yew Tree ~ The Fortingall Yew. A tree I have personally been in connection with since birth, and a tree my maternal grandmother grew up alongside. I will be sharing her folklore, local history, stories I have been passed down from local elders and traditions, Yew tree plant lore + medicine. We will begin our Pilgrimage meeting this Ancient being that stewards the thresholds of life and death.
We make our journey into the Glen, and we meet beautiful waterfalls, Roman age bridges, Neolithic Standing stones before beginning our days Pilgrimage to a ancient site associated with fertility of the land and the Autumn Equinox. We let the magic and mystery unfold as we listen deeply to the pulse of the land and the changing season.
There is time and space to be with the waters, the trees and rest in the embrace of the earth.
We will gather in ritual at an ancient site, walking together through a seasonal rite of passage, giving offering and prayers to the land, sitting with the medicine of Mugwort in the form of herbal tea, tincture + smoke.
open to all - must have physical fitness to hike uphill for approximately 1.5hr. not suitable for children under 18 years of age. if you are a family or mother with a under 3 year old please contact me so I can accommodate your needs.
we will stop for lunch at a local family run cafe. lunch is not included in ticket price.

A Samhain Imram with Cacao, Clay & the Ancient Feminine
As the light begins to fade and the earth moves towards winter, Samhain invites us to slow down, turn inward and enter the Great Mystery.
This is a time of endings and beginnings — a threshold between what has been and what is yet to come.
You are invited to join us for an intimate Samhain ceremonial afternoon, exploring the ancient feminine through ritual, storytelling, cacao, clay and connection withthe plant world.
Held within a sacred ceremonial container, Earth Goddess is an invitation to reconnect with the fertile, creative ground within you.
Through cacao, mugwort, mythopoetic storytelling, inner visioning and clay, we will journey into the imagination and explore what is waiting to be brought into form.

No previous experience with clay needed simply an open approach to exploring creativity! Women of all ages welcome, we ask if your daughter wishes to join that you let us know ahead of event.This ceremony is not simply a marking of the season.

Journey with the old ways of Europe through the wisdom of the winter lands. Across eight weeks, we enter the darker half of the year as a threshold, a time for listening, remembering, dreaming and renewal.
Drawing from Freya’s Scottish and Slavic ancestral roots. This journey weaves folklore, native plants of old Europe, seasonal traditions, myth, history, folk medicine, and the wild figures who have carried their wisdom through generations, we journey alongside Freyja, the Cailleach and Baba Yaga, meeting the medicine of winter through story, plant lore, ritual and relationship with the land.
