As a shamanic practitioner I offer you a safe space to relax and let go of all the stress and tension created by our modern lifestyle.
How does it work?
After a consultation where you will be talking about your needs and goals, I will connect with my spirit allies to find out the spiritual causes of your discomfort.
Guided by my spirit allies I will then proceed to choose the best tool to help you find mindfulness and clarity about your situation and a solution to your issues.
What is it for?
Shamanic Healing treatments may help with a large range of conditions and discomforts such as:
anxiety and low mood, low immune system, persistent aches, digestive issues, menstrual health problems, blocked emotions, traumas, recurrent patterns, limiting beliefs and more.
Tools and ways
The tools and ways that could be used during a session to help you reach a state of wellness are:
- voice and singing;
- music and sound;
- dance and movement;
- words and creation of personal myths;
- symbols and art;
- essential oils;
- herbs (smudging).
You will be fully clothed (with comfy clothes) during the whole session and no drugs or psychotropic substances will be given to you.
